Straight from Grandma’s kitchen, this is a vintage Foley Food Mill. Patented in 1936, the creator described this as a masher or pressure sieve to extract the juices from the pulp of juice producing vegetables and fruits. Grandma mashed potatoes with it! Has been well used except in recent years, so there are some light rust spots now. Would make a great display piece!
