Vintage RED POTATO RICER ~ Spaetzle Maker ~ Fruit Press Metal Retro Kitchen ToolThis is a great vintage utensil with a red painted handle–use it for ricing potatoes (the best way to make gnocchi or silky mashed potatoes), making spaetzle (little dumplings), pressing fruit for juice. Though quite worn from use (see pics for condition), it still works well, and makes a charming display piece in a country kitchen.
